We are looking for a new colleague to work in our climbing gym
This position demands both creativity and rigor. You must be able to think outside the box. We are looking for applicants who are proactive, hard-working and competent problem-solvers.
Responsabilities
- You are friendly and welcoming to all climbers, you are comfortable conversing with them in dutch and in french. You provide all the necessary information for climbers to have a safe, enjoyable session.
- You ensure the welcome desk remains tidy and clean.
- You are responsible for supplying people with goods from the bar and climbing equipment
- Negotiating and decision making
- You ensure that the security rules are being respected in both gyms
Necessary Traits and Skills
- You speak Dutch and French comfortably
- You are an optimist
- You have a proactiver approach to your work
- You are sociable and open-minded
- You are a concrete thinker. A task begun is a task completed.

What we offer you
A laid back work environment where climbing is at the center.
A part-time CDD contract - 14 hours per week for 3 months to start, possibilities for a CDI contract afterwards.
